Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a proactive professional to lead planning and execution of strategic projects across the Middle East region. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance and HR to ensure timely delivery and measurable outcomes, while tracking KPIs and risks for informed decisions.

The role requires 3–5 years in project management, strong communication, and bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, in a multicultural, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Project Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or related fields.
• Strong communication, coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive planning and execution of key business projects aligned with the Middle East regional strategy and objectives.
• Track regional business performance, KPIs, trends, issues and risks to support management decisions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Product, Finance, HR and other functions to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
• Establish and improve project management, task tracking, meetings and reviews for efficiency.
• Follow up on management decisions and translate them into concrete actions and outcomes.
