Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in logistics management, supply chain management, international trade, transportation, or related fields preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry, with cross-border logistics, international freight forwarding, transportation operations, or distribution operations.
• Familiar with KPI management in logistics operations, and strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using data analysis tools; experience with logistics systems (TMS/WMS/OMS) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and management of transportation and distribution network in the Middle East region (sea, air, land, last mile).
• Coordinate international trunk transportation resources; liaise with carriers and service providers; monitor end-to-end process from origin to last-mile delivery.
• Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, cost, anomaly rate, customer satisfaction) and drive continuous improvement.
• Establish and optimize transportation/distribution processes to improve cross-border and local operations while reducing costs.
• Manage transportation and distribution anomalies; coordinate with warehousing, carriers, customs, and customer service.
• Analyze operational data to identify pain points and implement optimization projects; participate in carrier performance evaluation and capacity management.
• Collaborate with HQ and regional teams to develop logistics networks in the Middle East and support new routes/countries.
