Mira Construction in Dubai seeks a Senior SMM Manager to lead social media strategy across premium brands. You will shape content, editorial guidelines, and account plans for Instagram, LinkedIn, and more, aligning with the CEO and driving high-end brand narratives.

Dubai-based experience is essential; agency background and real estate/luxury sector exposure are strong pluses. Expect growth into a team-lead role with competitive benefits.

• Develop content strategies and editorial guidelines across all group brands.
• Manage 4 accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Dubai-based experience is required.
• Agency background with diverse clients and products.
• Experience in Real Estate or Luxury segments is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; Russian would be a plus.
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to build workflows from scratch.
• Growth-minded with potential to advance to Team Lead.

Responsabilidades

• Develop content strategies and editorial guidelines across all group brands.
• Manage four social accounts across multiple platforms and optimize performance.
• Coordinate content with the agency CEO and senior stakeholders.
• Build and refine internal SMM workflows with minimal supervision.
• Track metrics using SMM analytics tools and continuously improve results.
• Leverage UAE market insights to drive luxury and premium brand outcomes.
• Collaborate with design teams using Figma to prepare briefs.

We are currently looking for a Senior SMM Manager based in Dubai with exceptional visual taste high content awareness and experience in UAE market. We work with global premium and luxury brands including Bentley Trussardi Elie Saab and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop content strategies and editorial guidelines across all group brands
• Manage 4 accounts across multiple platforms Instagram LinkedIn etc
• Align key content directly with the agency CEO
• Build and optimize internal SMM workflows independently - no micromanagement
• Track channel metrics using specialized SMM analytics tools and platforms to continuously optimize performance
• Dubai-based experience is required
• Agency background working with diverse clients and products
• Experience in Real Estate or Luxury segments is a strong plus
• Figma proficiency: Practical skills to create or quickly modify layouts, design social media grids, and prepare brief templates for design teams
• Practical experience with SMM analytical platforms
• Languages: Fluent English Russian would be a plus
• Process-oriented mindset: Ability to build workflows from scratch
• Growth Ambition: High potential and motivation to step into a Team Lead role
