MIRA CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. seeks a Senior SMM Manager in Dubai with exceptional visual taste and deep UAE market experience to lead social media for premium brands.

You will develop content strategies, manage multi-brand accounts, and align content with the agency CEO, building efficient workflows and driving growth. Real Estate or Luxury segment experience is a plus.

Formación

• Dubai-based SMM leadership experience required.

We are currently looking for a strong Senior SMM Manager based in Dubai with exceptional visual taste, high content awareness and strong experience in UAE market. We work with global premium and luxury brands (including Bentley, Trussardi, Elie Saab, and others).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategies and editorial guidelines across all group brands.
• Manage 4+ accounts across multiple platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Align key content directly with the agency CEO.
• Build and optimize internal SMM workflows independently - no micromanagement.
• Track channel metrics using specialized SMM analytics tools and platforms to continuously optimize performance.
• Dubai-based experience is required.
• Agency background working with diverse clients and products.
• Experience in Real Estate or Luxury segments is a strong plus.
• Figma proficiency: Practical skills to create or quickly modify layouts, design social media grids, and prepare brief templates for design teams.
• Practical experience with SMM analytical platforms.
• Languages: Fluent English, Russian would be a plus.
• Process-oriented mindset: Ability to build workflows from scratch.
• Growth Ambition: High potential and motivation to step into a Team Lead role.
