• Experience in Real Estate or Luxury segments is a strong plus.
• Fluent English; Russian would be a plus.
• Process-oriented mindset with ability to build workflows from scratch.
• Growth-minded with potential to advance to Team Lead.

• Manage four social accounts across multiple platforms and optimize performance.
• Coordinate content with the agency CEO and senior stakeholders.
• Build and refine internal SMM workflows with minimal supervision.

• Leverage UAE market insights to drive luxury and premium brand outcomes.
• Collaborate with design teams using Figma to prepare briefs.
