Qualifications

• Agency experience with social media campaigns and client-facing work.
• Solid understanding of platform algorithms, best practices and trends.
• Proven ability to plan, create and manage engaging content across platforms.
• Comfort using analytics and reporting tools to optimise performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Manage day-to-day content calendars and oversee content creation (copy, visuals, and video).
• Monitor, engage, and grow online communities.
• Analyse performance metrics, create reports, and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
• Stay ahead of social trends, tools, and platform updates to integrate into campaigns.
• Collaborate with wider agency teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.

What We're Looking For

• Previous agency experience in social media.
• Strong understanding of platform best practices, algorithms, and trends.
• Proven ability to plan, create, and manage engaging content.
• Confident in using analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Arabic language skills are a plus but not essential.
