Job summary

Worley is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Abu Dhabi area with extensive Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project leadership experience. The role focuses on integration of design, fabrication and construction, along with leading multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring alignment with HSSE requirements.

The candidate should have 15+ years in the field, with at least 5 years in leadership roles on major projects, and preferably ADNOC/offshore experience. Offshore and EPC/FEED exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience (twelve years for UAE Nationals).
• Minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region.
• Experience in FEED & EPC Phases is required.
• Good interpersonal, team engagement and ability to influence skills.
• Ability to develop effective working relationships with others.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work.

Responsibilities

• Comply with HSSE plan and project safety requirements.
• Lead construction in design, fabrication and workpack planning.
• Manage and coordinate with client Construction support providers and contractors.
• Oversee all construction and completions activities and ensure schedule conformance.
• Foster collaboration across multi-discipline teams to deliver results.
• Identify cost reduction and productivity improvements and implement them.
• Facilitate constructability reviews and liaise with procurement and construction groups.
• Ensure workpacks meet scope requirements and are up-to-date with plan and systems.
• Coordinate offshore surveys with design teams and resolve fabrication queries.
• Plan transport, installation, and commissioning strategies as required.
