Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Supervisor – Electrical to lead electrical construction on Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects in the UAE. You will supervise site activities, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, schedules and HSE standards, and coordinate interfaces across multiple engineering disciplines.

The role requires a Diploma in Engineering and 15+ years in Oil & Gas with GCC experience. Candidates should have strong leadership and field execution capabilities for complex

Qualifikationen

• Diploma in Engineering from an accredited institute.
• Minimum 15+ years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical, with 5+ years in GCC.
• Experience in major oil & gas/marine construction projects in GCC (3+ years).

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day electrical construction and installation activities at site.
• Supervise installation of transformers, switchgear, MCCs, distribution boards, UPS systems, generators, motors, lighting, earthing.
• Monitor cable tray installation, cable pulling, glanding, termination, testing and energization.
• Ensure works follow IFC drawings, single-line diagrams, layouts and ITPs.
• Coordinate electrical interfaces with I&C, mechanical, piping, civil, structural, telecom and commissioning teams.
