Job summary

Tanqeeb in the UAE seeks an experienced ServiceNow Self-Hosted Architect to lead strategic architectural direction for on-premise deployments, ensuring scalability, security, and enterprise-aligned governance.

You will own DR planning, platform upgrades, and integration with enterprise systems, partnering with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to deliver a resilient, compliant ServiceNow environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• ServiceNow CSA preferred; CTA/CMA advantageous.
• Extensive backend infrastructure experience with enterprise-grade platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain architectural standards for self-hosted ServiceNow environments.
• Design scalable, secure infrastructure for production and non-production.
• Lead DR, backup, capacity planning, and governance activities.
• Oversee upgrades, patching strategies, and environment refreshes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for enterprise integrations and monitoring.
