Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced ServiceNow Platform & Solution Architect to lead enterprise architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM/GRC, and Workplace Service Delivery. You will govern data models, integrations, security frameworks, and governance while guiding roadmaps and ensuring sustainable platform evolution.

You will translate complex requirements into scalable designs, mentor teams, and drive architectural excellence across delivery lifecycles in a large enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform covering design, architecture, implementation, and governance.
• Proven track record as Solution/Platform Architect in large enterprises.
• Deep expertise across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM/GRC and employee workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture standards, governance, and platform design for ServiceNow.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SPM, IRM/GRC and Workplace Service Delivery.
• Translate requirements into scalable designs; produce architecture artefacts and roadmaps.
• Guide delivery teams on best practices, integration patterns, and reducing technical debt.
• Mentor architects, consultants, developers, and admins to maturity.”
