Job summary

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Domain Architect – ServiceNow to provide technical architecture expertise and governance across the ServiceNow platform. Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology experience with significant ServiceNow architecture responsibilities.
• Developing standards, reference architectures, patterns, templates and governance artefacts.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, workflows, security, CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience reviewing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect is preferred.
• Govt/regulatory or large-enterprise experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise architecture, security, data, integration, and operational policies into clear ServiceNow architecture standards and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow reference architectures, approved patterns, platform guardrails, design templates, review checklists, quality-gate criteria, and architecture decision records.
• Define standards for ServiceNow modules, workflows, integrations, data models, CMDB, CSDM, security, access controls, custom applications, portals, automation, and reporting.
• Provide hands-on ServiceNow architecture guidance during planning, sourcing, design, implementation, upgrade, and readiness stages.
• Review ServiceNow HLDs, LLDs, integration designs, workflows, data models, security models, and customisations prepared by product teams and vendors.
• Assess compliance with enterprise standards, ServiceNow leading practices, security requirements, scalability, maintainability, performance, and upgradeability.
• Identify excessive customisation, duplication, platform risks, technical debt, non-compliance, and required remediation.
• Promote reuse of standard ServiceNow capabilities, shared workflows, integration components, data models, and platform services.
• Assess new ServiceNow products, releases, and capabilities and provide architecture-fit and adoption recommendations.
• Support ServiceNow architecture quality gates and provide domain architecture recommendations and approval inputs.
