The ideal candidate has over 8 years of ServiceNow experience, proven capabilities in various modules, and strong leadership and communication skills, driving digital transformation across IT and business services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with strong design and architecture capability.
• Proven experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or SPM modules.
• Experience managing external vendors or MSPs to ensure quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and more.
• Manage and guide the external implementation partner for quality delivery.
