Qualifications

• 8+ years technology experience with ServiceNow architecture.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow components, integrations, workflows, CMDB, CSDM, security, and automation.
• Experience with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Develop ServiceNow architecture standards, reference architectures, patterns, and governance.
• Define standards for workflows, integrations, CMDB, CSDM, security, automation, and applications.
• Review HLDs, LLDs, integrations, data models, and customizations.
• Provide architecture guidance and ensure scalability, security, and upgradeability.
• Identify technical debt, risks, and excessive customization.
