We're supporting a large enterprise in the UAE seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, scalability, and maturity of their platform. This is a pivotal role within a growing ServiceNow function driving digital transformation across IT and business services.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead end-to-end solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and beyond.
• Oversee integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Azure, and other key business applications.
• Manage and guide the external implementation partner/MSP to ensure quality delivery and platform alignment with internal standards.
• Establish platform best practices, development standards, and reusability frameworks.
• Act as a strategic advisor to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical delivery and organizational goals.

Requirements

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with strong design and architecture capability.
• Proven experience across multiple modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or SPM).
• Experience managing external vendors or MSPs, ensuring accountability and delivery excellence.
• Solid understanding of integrations, APIs, and MID server configuration.
• Ability to lead technical teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and solution advisory skills.
