Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in ServiceNow presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Hands-on experience designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions and integrations.

• Lead presales engagements, delivering impactful demos and tailored solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable architectures.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical documentation.
