Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development or sales in marble, stone, or interior fitout.
• Strong network across UAE construction, design, and real estate sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license is a must.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel across the Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across the UAE in the marble, stone, and interior fitout segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, designers, architects, and real estate developers.
• Understand client requirements, propose suitable solutions, and work with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
• Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess project feasibility and follow up on leads.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
