Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of legal contract language.
• Proven team leader with high energy and motivation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customers in travel trade through face-to-face, telephone, and written communication.
• Provide service that is sincere, warm and enthusiastic to guests and colleagues.
• Submit weekly sales activity report to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
• Develop prospects and accounts and implement a Sales Action Plan.
• Implement and execute all sales objectives to reach targets.
• Maintain up-to-date account and contact data in the property system and update on negotiations.
