Grand Mercure Dubai City, part of the Accor network, is seeking an experienced leisure sales professional to develop travel trade business and strengthen relationships with leisure market clients in Dubai. The role reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and focuses on generating new business, managing accounts, and achieving revenue targets.

You will conduct client meetings, monitor market developments, and coordinate group negotiations while maintaining accurate records in hotel

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality sales role.
• Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills and commercial awareness are essential for travel trade engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Implement leisure sales and business development activities under guidance of the Director of Sales and Marketing.
• Identify and develop opportunities within leisure and travel trade segments.
• Generate new accounts through direct sales calls and meetings.
• Maintain regular contact with existing travel trade customers.
• Promote the hotel's facilities and services to business partners.
• Execute sales objectives and action plans to hit targets.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Coordinate with hotel colleagues for group business and negotiations.
