Job summary

Schneider Electric in the Gulf is seeking a Sales Manager - Energy Automation to drive growth across Digital Power Systems for Grids and Infrastructure, focusing on Substation Automation, Digital Substations, Grid Automation and OT cybersecurity. You will lead strategic pursuits with utilities, transport and critical infrastructure customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (MBA advantageous).
10+ years in technical solution sales or related fields.
Strong understanding of substation automation and OT cybersecurity.
Experience selling to utilities, EPCs and consultants.

Responsibilities

Develop Digital Power Systems growth strategy across Grids and Infrastructure.
Own pursuit strategy from qualification to order booking.
Lead opportunity development with utilities, transport and critical infrastructure.
Collaborate with Presales, Tendering and Engineering to craft proposals.
