Job summary

Schneider Electric in Dubai is seeking an accomplished Senior Sales professional to drive growth for Digital Power Systems across Grids and Infrastructure. You will own the full pursuit lifecycle, from qualification to order, and collaborate with account teams to expand footprint via value-based selling and early engagement in utility and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in technical solution sales, business development or project execution.
• Proven track record of achieving targets in complex sales cycles.
• Strong knowledge of substation automation, IEC 61850 and OT cybersecurity.
• Experience with utilities, EPCs and consultants.
• CRM proficiency, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategy for Digital Power Systems across Grids and Infrastructure.
• Own pursuit strategy from qualification to order booking.
• Expand Schneider Electric's footprint through early engagement and value-based selling.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline with forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Collaborate with Presales, Tendering, Engineering and Services to maximize pursuit success.
• Translate customer challenges into tailored value propositions.
• Contribute to commercial negotiations and profitability objectives.
