Job summary

Sound Star Events LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to own the sales pipeline from lead to signed contracts. You will manage top-tier accounts, coach the team, and align quoting with client briefs.

Based in Al Khatim with travel across the UAE, you will report to the CEO, drive weekly updates, coordinate with Marketing, COO and HODs, and build relationships with hotels, corporates and government buyers to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AVL / events sales or account management in UAE.
• Strong technical literacy; can speak credibly with a producer or technical director.
• Track record of closing six- and seven-figure accounts.
• CRM discipline (Salesforce, HubSpot, or rental software CRM modules).
• Strong network in UAE corporate, hospitality, and government event ecosystems preferred.
• Arabic language an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales pipeline; report weekly to the CEO.
• Personally manage top-tier accounts and key new business pursuits.
• Coach Account Executives on quoting, negotiation, and follow-up.
• Set quote standards; ensure all quotes go out within 48 hours of brief.
• Own the CRM as the system of record for opportunities and accounts.
• Coordinate with marketing on case studies, content, and trade events (e.g. INDEX, Hotel Show, GITEX).
• Coordinate with the COO and HODs on quoting accuracy and feasibility.
• Build relationships with key UAE buyers: hotel banquet teams, corporate event managers, agencies, government event offices, ADNEC, DWTC.
