Job summary

Vertex Industries LLC in the UAE seeks a senior sales engineer and business development manager with a proven track record in industrial sales across the UAE and GCC.

The candidate will develop new business opportunities, promote GRP/FRP enclosures and related products, manage tenders, quotations, and contracts, and build long‑term relationships with EPC contractors, utilities, and industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE/GCC sales experience in GRP/FRP products, electrical enclosures, utility products or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven experience in technical sales and business development with an established customer network.
• Strong relationships with EPC contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, panel builders, utilities, oil & gas and industrial clients.
• Good knowledge of tendering, techno‑commercial negotiations and project sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC.
• Promote and sell the company’s GRP/FRP product range.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and secure orders.
• Build strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, utilities, panel builders, MEP contractors and industrial clients.
• Follow up on projects, tenders and customer enquiries.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams for successful project execution.
• Prepare sales reports and market intelligence for management.
