We are recruiting an experienced Sales Manager – Architectural Facades for an international manufacturer looking to strengthen its commercial presence within the UAE.
This isn't a traditional sales management role with a large team underneath you.
It's a senior, hands-on commercial role for somebody who is already well connected within the UAE facade industry, understands how decisions are really made and can get access to the people who influence and award major projects.
The business already has strong relationships on the architectural and design side and is involved in a number of project opportunities.
What it needs now is somebody on the ground in the UAE who can strengthen relationships on the execution side, identify additional opportunities and help convert projects into orders.
You'll work across major architectural and construction projects, primarily in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Your responsibilities will include:

You don't necessarily need previous composites experience.
In fact, somebody who has spent their career selling aluminium or glass facade solutions but already knows the contractors, developers and decision-makers could be an excellent fit.
The technical composite knowledge can be developed.
Your UAE relationships can't.
You'll ideally bring:
Around 5+ years within the market would be attractive, but network and industry exposure are more important than a specific number of years.
This is an opportunity to take the relationships and market knowledge you've already developed and apply them to an advanced architectural material with significant international manufacturing capability behind it.
