Job summary

You will engage architects, façade consultants, main contractors, and developers with technical expertise and strategic account management.

The role requires 5–10 years of proven technical sales experience in construction or façade industries, with strong knowledge of building envelopes and curtain wall systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of proven technical sales or business development in construction or facade industry.
• Strong knowledge of building envelopes, curtain wall systems, structural glazing, and architectural metals.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for architectural glass, façade systems, and structural metal products with target audiences.
• Provide expert technical support on product applications (IGUs, laminated glass, PDLC, etc.).
• Secure product approvals and specifications into designs and tender documents.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimations, and quotations in line with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with global manufacturing partners, engineering teams and logistics for seamless execution.
