Fibrixa Fiber Glass Industry L.L.C. is seeking a proactive Project Engineer to oversee planning, execution, and completion of GRC/GRP/GRG projects. The role ensures smooth coordination between design, production, and site teams while upholding quality, safety, and schedules.

The ideal candidate will hold a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree with 2–4 years GCC construction experience, and strong communication and leadership abilities to manage multiple site activities under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years GCC experience in construction/GRC/GRP/GRG projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple site activities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution for GRC / GRP / GRG works.
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams.
• Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and project specifications.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely project delivery.
• Supervise installation activities and resolve site issues.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Manage manpower planning and site resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures.

We are expanding our project execution team and looking for a skilled Project Engineer to manage and deliver high-standard site operations.

Role Description
