Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial technical sales.
• Experience in Rubber Lining, FRP, coatings, corrosion protection, industrial maintenance, steel fabrication or piping preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• UAE driving license and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and UAE.
• Promote Rubber Lining FRP Lining and Surface Protection solutions.
• Visit industrial customers and understand technical requirements.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and technical submissions.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams.
• Build long-term customer relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain SAP - CRM and sales pipeline.
