• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering required.
• 3+ years of experience in sales engineering or related field.
• Experience with water treatment or industrial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and generate new business through multiple channels.
• Identify and develop opportunities for water and wastewater treatment solutions and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions based on project needs.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, technical discussions, negotiations, and product demonstrations.
• Participate in exhibitions and industry events and other business development activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure successful project execution and after-sales support.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on pipeline progress to senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct client meetings and project visits across the UAE.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the water treatment industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing a strong sales pipeline, understanding customer requirements, and leading client engagements from initial discussions and technical presentations through negotiation and successful closure. The role requires strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer focused approach. The candidate will also work closely with the Engineering, Procurement, and Service teams to ensure smooth project execution and after-sales support.
