Job summary

Personnel Selekt is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth in the UAE water and wastewater sector. You will manage a defined territory, generate opportunities, and present tailored RO/STP solutions to industrial and government clients.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, forecasting, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with engineering to ensure smooth order handovers. Prior experience in water treatment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical).
• 2–7 years selling RO/STP water solutions to industrial/institutional customers.
• Valid passport and UAE eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Sales Manager and handle a UAE territory or specific industry verticals.
• Generate new opportunities using lead generation, networking and cold calling.
• Introduce and sell customized RO, STP water solutions to industrial and government sectors.
• Develop and implement sales plans aligned with company goals for revenue and growth.
• Nurture key customer relationships in target segments.
• Provide monthly sales forecasts and market/competitor analysis reports.
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
• Coordinate with Engineering for smooth order handover.
• Prepare and present high-level presentations to customers.
• Review enquiries, prepare proposals and follow up.

Role & responsibilities

• Report to the Sales Manager and handle a geographical territory or one or more specific industry verticals within the UAE
• Generate new opportunities using lead generation & management, networking, building relationships and cold calling
• Work closely with customers to introduce & sell customized solutions in RO, STP, etc for Water & Wastewater treatment in the Commercial, Industrial and Government sectors
• Develop & implement sales strategies through a robust sales plan which is in line with company's goals for sales, revenue, profitability, and growth
• Nurture and grow key customer relationships in the target customer segments
• Provide accurate monthly sales and revenue forecasts, market & competitor analysis reports to the Sales Manager
• Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and contracts
• Prepare risk committee documents and cash flow analysis for major projects
• Maintain timely communication with customers
• Review enquiries and prepare proposals.
• Prepare submittals and follow up
• Coordinate with the Engineering team in smooth handover of orders
• Prepare and present high-level presentations to customers / prospects
• Handle any other responsibility as assigned by management

Preferred candidate profile

Applicants should be aged below 35 years and possess a Bachelors degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering and have 2 to 7 years work experience is selling customized RO, STP water / waste water solutions to industrial and institutional customers. They should have a valid passport
