Job summary

Siemens AG in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Sales Commercial Officer to drive commercial excellence across bids, contracts and pricing. You will partner with Sales to manage profitability, risk and cash flow while coordinating with Legal and Project Management teams.

You will also oversee contract terms, customer negotiations, order readiness and handover to execution, with emphasis on data-driven insights using SAP and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales/commercial management or contract management in international environments.
• Experience reviewing, negotiating commercial terms in customer contracts and tenders.
• Strong financial acumen: pricing, profitability, cash flow and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Act as commercial partner to Sales throughout opportunity lifecycle and manage pricing and profitability.
• Review and negotiate terms of contracts and purchase orders; coordinate with Legal.
• Evaluate and mitigate commercial risks including liabilities and payment terms.
• Ensure readiness for order acceptance and smooth handover to execution teams.
• Support forecasting, order intake and commercial performance monitoring.
