Siemens Digital Industries in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Sales Commercial Officer to lead commercial bids, pricing and negotiations across opportunities. You will review contracts, manage risks and ensure commercial readiness for orders while coordinating with Legal, Finance and Project Management teams.

The role emphasizes financial performance, revenue recognition and process improvements within SAP and other business applications.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant professional experience in sales, contract management or commercial finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Project Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial terms of customer contracts, tenders and purchase orders.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk management, liabilities and payment terms.
• CPM certification is an advantage.
• Proven financial acumen: pricing, profitability, cash flow and revenue recognition.
• Experience in commercial project management, including billing milestones and variations.
• Proficient SAP knowledge for sales orders and related transactions.
• Strong MS Office skills; Power BI and AI productivity tools are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

• Contract Management & Negotiations – review and negotiate terms with clients and suppliers.
• Commercial Risk Management – evaluate liabilities, payment terms, guarantees and credit exposure.
• Order Management & Commercial Handover – ensure readiness for order booking and handover to execution teams.
• Financial & Business Performance – support forecasting and monitoring of commercial performance.
• Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership – collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and PM.
• Processes, Systems & Continuous Improvement – drive SAP data quality and process standardization.
