Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Senior Sales Commercial Officer to drive opportunity lifecycle, pricing, contracts and risk management. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and Project teams to ensure commercial readiness and successful handover to execution.

The role requires 10 years of international experience, a Finance/Business degree, CPM certification, and strong SAP/Excel skills; Power BI and AI tools are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant experience in international business environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, PM, Business Admin or related field.
• Experience reviewing, interpreting and negotiating commercial terms in contracts, tenders and POs.
• Strong understanding of commercial risk management, liabilities, payments terms and credit mgmt.
• CPM certification advantageous.
• Experience with SAP sales orders and project finance.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI and AI productivity tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales Commercial Management – act as commercial partner to Sales through opportunity lifecycle, incl. pricing and negotiations.
• Contract Management & Negotiations – review, negotiate terms with Legal and other stakeholders.
• Commercial Risk Management – assess liabilities, guarantees, payment terms and credit exposure.
• Order Management & Commercial Handover – ensure readiness for order acceptance and handover to execution teams.
• Financial & Business Performance – support forecasting, order intake planning and performance monitoring.
• Stakeholder Management & Business Partnership – collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance and PM.
• Processes, Systems & Continuous Improvement – maintain SAP data quality and drive standardization and digitalization.
