Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering.
• Experience: 3+ years with a Master’s degree; 5+ years with a Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Certifications: PMP; ACI/Asphalt QC certified.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update preventive and corrective maintenance plans prioritizing safety, urgency and customer impact.
• Coordinate tender documents and technical specifications with internal teams and external agencies.
• Allocate workloads, manage leave and training, and monitor staff performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Oversee outsourced contractors and ensure specification compliance in work programs.
• Review inspection reports, certify snag lists, and lead defect liability and substantial completion inspections.
• Approve payment schedules and contractor invoices, verifying accuracy against completed works.
• Ensure maintenance data and progress reports are recorded in systems for tracking.
• Follow up on road maintenance works to confirm timely completion and safety.
