Qualifications

• Education: Technical/Engineering Diploma.
• Experience: 0 years’ experience with Technical/Industrial High School or Diploma with 2 years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field maintenance operations and ensure compliance with technical specifications and traffic diversion plans
• Monitor operational status of equipment and vehicles in coordination with relevant departments
• Prepare correspondence to developers, contractors, and consultants to ensure maintenance requirements are met
• Prepare technical reports and document inspections and maintenance activities
• Respond to emergency complaints 24/7 and coordinate with contractors to resolve issues promptly
• Maintain and update maintenance records in a unified database for performance review and planning
• Handle and analyze user complaints and feedback, taking actions to improve services
• Ensure work teams adhere to safety and health procedures during maintenance tasks
• Conduct periodic technical assessments of road network assets and facilities, providing detailed condition reports and maintenance needs
• Use unified AF platform to identify damages, track maintenance needs, and update records
• Ensure contractors use approved materials and perform periodic quality tests
• Coordinate with police and relevant departments during disasters or road accidents
• Verify major traffic diversions according to approved plans and ensure readiness for use
• Prioritize maintenance work based on defect severity, importance, and safety considerations
• Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms, technical specifications, and safety requirements
• Coordinate with work teams and relevant entities for effective and timely execution of maintenance plans
• Prepare annual budgets for preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager or Head of Department
