Job summary

UHRS in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the delivery of roads and infrastructure projects across the UAE. The role requires a strong background in road construction, utilities, and authority compliance within a contractor or consultancy environment.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, review designs, ensure UAE authority approvals, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
10–15+ years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of UAE authority standards and approvals.
Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery of roads & infrastructure projects.
Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure compliance with the UAE authorities. RTA project experience is mandatory.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and technical performance.
Manage coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Provide solutions to complex engineering and site challenges.
