Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil technology is required.
• 2+ years in related field with Technical/Engineering Diploma; 4+ years with Industrial High School.
• Experience with asset management systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess long-term repair and replacement needs of electromechanical systems.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure compliance with safety goals.
• Support data integration into BMMS/Maximo for predictive maintenance.
• Supervise daily, routine, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Attend site meetings, prepare snag lists, and coordinate with directors.
• Inspect electromechanical systems and supervise corrective actions with subcontractors.
• Draft reports, BoQs, cost estimates, and documentation for decisions.
