• Allocate workloads, manage leave and training, and monitor staff performance to meet targets.
• Supervise outsourced contractors; review work programs to ensure compliance with specs.
• Review inspection reports, certify snag lists, and lead defect liability inspections.
• Approve payment schedules and contractor invoices; verify against completed works.
• Record maintenance data and progress reports for tracking and reference.
• Conduct periodic site visits to verify work quality and safety compliance.
• Analyze contractor performance and maintenance data to improve efficiency.
