• Allocate workloads, manage leave and training, and monitor staff performance to ensure targets are achieved.

Operations

• Supervise outsourced contractors; review and approve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual work programs to ensure specification compliance.
• Review inspection reports, certify snag lists, and lead defect liability and substantial completion inspections.
• Approve payment schedules and contractor invoices, verifying accuracy against completed works.
• Ensure maintenance data and progress reports are recorded in systems for tracking and future reference.
• Follow up on asphalt, unpaved road, sidewalk, and track maintenance or improvement works to confirm timely completion.
• Implement modifications and road improvements requested to enhance traffic safety.

Product / Process Improvement

• Analyze contractor performance and maintenance data; recommend program or specification adjustments to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Physical Working Conditions
• Conduct periodic site visits to active road maintenance sites to verify work quality and safety compliance.

Qualifications
