Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and profit objectives.
• Monitor KPIs including conversion, UPT, ATV, and footfall trends.
• Manage opening/closing, cash handling, and administrative duties.
• Maintain store appearance, safety, and visual merchandising per brand guidelines.
• Enforce SOPs: cash handling, stock, refunds, and loss prevention.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and health & safety standards.
• Lead and develop Sales Associates and Store In-Charge; conduct reviews and coaching.
• Train staff in product knowledge and upselling techniques.
