Strong ability to analyze store KPIs and drive revenue growth.
Proven budgeting, cost control and expenditure management skills.
Experience implementing SOPs and loss prevention guidelines.
People leadership including coaching and succession planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee performance across assigned stores and drive sales growth.
Establish store targets and guide management teams toward goals.
Monitor KPIs such as conversion, AVT, and store productivity.
Lead recruitment, training and development of store staff and Area Managers.
Develop and enforce SOPs, loss prevention, and brand standards across stores.
Coordinate with Brand General Manager and other departments on inventory and merchandising.
