Job summary

Apparel Group in Dubai is seeking a store leadership professional responsible for increasing business revenues and driving brand standards across stores. You will develop, implement and maintain SOPs, oversee recruitment, hiring and training, and provide decisive leadership to enhance overall store performance.

The role focuses on maximizing sales through exceptional customer service, retail experience, and active involvement in stock management, merchandising and loyalty program participation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and profitability by driving store performance.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring and training, ensuring effective decision making to boost store performance.
• Represent the brand with superior customer service and retail experience to maximize sales.
• Provide leadership and support to all store employees.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and retail standards across stores to drive business and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and stock security in collaboration with Brand Managers and Buyers/Planners.
• Coordinate with Area Managers and Store Managers to optimize productivity and resource use.
• Lead regional sales and operations meetings, and provide performance feedback to management.
• Support store design and layout processes for new store projects and merchandising phases.
• Assist in club Apparel loyalty participation and brand visibility initiatives.
