Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies in Dubai seeks a dynamic Store Manager to oversee end-to-end store operations, drive sales performance, and uphold service standards. You will lead the in-store team, manage inventory, merchandising, and compliance with local regulations while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires 7-9 years in retail with 3-5 years in leadership, preferably in fashion retail. Diploma or Bachelor's degree is required; English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Specialized Training Customer Service Excellence or Retail Sales Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and profit objectives.
• Maintain store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and admin duties.
• Lead, develop and coach Sales Associates and Store In-Charge with scheduling and performance reviews.
• Maintain a customer-first culture and handle escalations professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, audits, and loss prevention.
• Submit timely sales reports, rosters, and expense summaries; collaborate with HR.
