Job summary

QatarYello is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Director to lead a major regional retail operation across the Gulf. You will develop and execute the retail sales strategy, own revenue and profitability, and steer cross-branch performance.

You will manage large, geographically distributed teams, coach Sales Managers, and drive targets, conversion, and customer experience to maximize growth in a demanding market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 15-20+ years of sales experience, with significant experience within the retail sector.
• Extensive experience managing multi-branch retail operations.
• Proven experience managing large sales teams and geographically distributed operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Retail Sales strategy.
• Lead and manage multi-branch retail operations and sales performance.
• Own sales revenue, profitability, and commercial KPIs.
• Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement across branches.
• Analyze branch performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
• Improve sales productivity, conversion, average transaction value, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and branch leadership teams.
