Job summary

OmanYP is seeking an experienced senior Retail Sales leader to shape and execute a nationwide retail strategy across multiple branches in the UAE market. You will own revenue, profitability, and key commercial KPIs while steering a high-performance sales organization.

You will coach and develop Sales Managers, drive productivity improvements, analyze branch performance, and ensure consistent target achievement through strong leadership and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 15-20+ years of sales experience in retail critical.
• Experience managing multi-branch retail operations and large sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Retail Sales strategy.
• Lead and manage multi-branch retail operations and sales performance.
• Own sales revenue, profitability, and commercial KPIs.
• Set sales targets and ensure achievement across branches.
• Analyze branch performance to identify revenue opportunities.
• Improve sales productivity, conversion, and customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and branch leadership teams.
