You will forecast manpower needs with hiring managers and build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience from sourcing to interviews. The role requires 5–6 years of recruitment experience and travel within GCC.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Retail recruitment experience is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field.
• Willingness to travel within GCC countries.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC markets.
• Forecast hiring needs by department and country.
• Develop job descriptions and evaluation questionnaires.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies to hit goals.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media.
• Screen resumes, shortlist, and coordinate interviews.
• Evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine criteria.
