Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across GCC markets, with a mandatory focus on the retail industry. The role involves forecasting manpower needs, refining job descriptions, and designing effective sourcing strategies.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the best talent aligns with Tanqeeb's culture and goals. The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of recruitment experience, a Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration, and a strong grasp of GCC

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–6 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Recruitment experience within the retail industry is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC region.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for the GCC markets.
• Forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning by department and country.
• Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Actively source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews, including in-person, virtual, and telephone interviews.
• Evaluate applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment with the organization.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and refine selection criteria.
