Job summary

Agile Consultants in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter with mandatory experience in the retail industry to lead the full-cycle recruitment process and support business growth across GCC markets.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment across the GCC, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain, while collaborating with hiring managers to forecast manpower requirements and identify high-calibre talent.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Retail industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment and sourcing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Knowledge of GCC talent pools and recruitment trends.
• Willingness to travel within GCC countries.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for all GCC markets, including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
• Forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning by department and country.
• Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Actively source candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews (in-person, virtual, telephone).
• Evaluate applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine selection criteria.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC region.
• Willingness to travel within GCC countries as required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
