Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a results-driven Senior Recruiter with mandatory retail industry experience to lead end-to-end recruitment across the GCC, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.

You will partner with hiring managers to forecast manpower needs, design strategies, source candidates across multiple channels, and manage interviews to ensure a strong talent pipeline that aligns with company culture and goals. Willingness to travel within the GCC is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of proven recruitment experience.
• Retail industry recruitment is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Willingness to travel within GCC.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for GCC markets (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain).
• Forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning by country and department.
• Develop and update job descriptions and candidate evaluation questionnaires.
• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
• Actively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and networks.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews (in-person, virtual, telephone).
• Evaluate applicants' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the journey.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine selection criteria.

This role is critical in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-calibre professionals aligned with the company culture and goals. • Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment and sourcing candidates for retail business requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of recruitment trends and talent pools within the GCC region.
• Willingness to travel within GCC countries as required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
