Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of proven experience in retail operations.
• Strong leadership, people-management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail sales, store operations, inventory management and KPIs.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving operational performance.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple stores, teams and priorities.
• UAE retail experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Drive sales, revenue, and operational KPIs in line with company objectives.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate retail teams to achieve targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock movement, replenishment, product availability, and merchandising standards.
• Ensure adherence to policies, SOPs, procedures, and compliance.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated concerns.
• Review store performance, identify operational gaps, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain and other departments for seamless operations.
• Prepare and present regular sales, operational, and performance reports to senior management.
• Support promotional campaigns and retail initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, profitability, and customer experience.
