Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, sales performance, team productivity, and exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in retail operations, sales management, team leadership, inventory management, customer service, and KPI-driven performance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stores, teams, operational priorities, and business requirements effectively.
• UAE retail experience is mandatory, with a strong understanding of the UAE retail market and business environment.
