The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of retail operations management experience and a strong capacity for leading teams, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, preferably with multi-store oversight.
• Proven ability to deliver sales growth and operational improvements in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in interpreting financial performance metrics and using data for decision-making.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales performance through effective leadership, KPI monitoring, and team motivation.
• Analyze financial reports to identify strengths and areas for improvement across showrooms.
• Implement corrective actions to optimize profitability and sales per square foot.
• Ensure consistent adherence to operational standards and service excellence in all locations.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer experience, store compliance, and merchandising quality.
• Collaborate with brand managers and marketing teams on seasonal promotions and campaigns.
• Plan and manage store layouts, product placement, and space optimization to maximize ROI.
• Oversee inventory and replenishment to ensure product availability and minimize shrinkage.
• Manage team performance through coaching, training, and regular performance reviews.
• Develop succession plans and identify high-potential employees for leadership development.
• Ensure stores comply with all safety, audit, and brand display standards.
• Support the planning and execution of new store openings, refurbishments, and closures.
